Dear Ms. Hwang,

I hope this letter finds you well. I would like to host a team building event for our employees on April 24th, 2022. It’s been two long years since the pandemic and to boost morale, I believe it will be wonderful for people to reconnect - sans masks.

Andrew Carnegie, Industrialist and philosopher once said, “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” It is this fuel that has set our teams apart during this unprecedented time.

This event will be held in an offsite location at 55 Hudson Yards. We will bring in different vendors who work with small businesses in efforts to support the individuals affected by the pandemic and offer them visibility. We have a catering company that will serve meals and drinks. For team building, we shall have games and raffles to offer for our employees.

Thank you for your business the past few years. It’s been a pleasure working with you and your team over the years. We are following up with you in regards to the design orders for the second and third quarter.

We have been restructuring our business plan as a result of the massive loss we endured due to the Global pandemic. As of May 1st 2022, we will be ending our partnership and not renewing our contract with your company. We will remit payment for the first quarter per net 90 terms.
