Summer is upon us.
With it comes heat, extreme sweating, and parched mouths. It is advisable to stay hydrated to recover all the water lost in the next upcoming months. Staying hydrated can be such a chore. Water is bland and plain boring. It took me a long time to get into the habit of tilting a bottle of water thanks to a few creative ideas and a little chopping time while listening to my favorite dance hall tunes.
The best part about summer is the availability of fresh fruits. Mangoes, pineapples, blueberries and other delicious fruits could be used to infuse your water with amazing flavor. Flavored water tastes great, flushes your toxins, it's amazing for your waistline plus you aids in your daily vitamin intake.
