After my marathon in March, I took it upon myself to add more weights to my workout and boy has that decision paid off. Ladies, weights are your bestfriend. Do them for a couple of months and the results that will come forth will make you so vainnn. I always have to catch myself from snapping soooo many pictures. I am honestly thinking of sharing some before and after pictures.
The main thing I have had to watch out for has been my diet. I am attracted to sweet things and they to are attracted to me. It's been such a struggle to stay away from my beloved icecream, warm, soft, cookies and decadent cakes. However, self discipline has a new meaning to my life.
I have made Kale my close pal too. I love vegetables but Kale was one of those green leafy veggies that was never invited to the party. Couldn't stand it! After finding out it's numerous benefits like finding out how HIGH I could get of of it. It's high in Vitamin K, high in fibre, high in iron... Prettyy much high in everything. It's no wonder they call it a super power veggie. As a fan, I had to pay homage to it. Well, on my self!
